Successful RAM Super Bowl Raises $1 Million for Future Farmers of America

This year, there were plenty of memorable moments at the Super Bowl.  From the power outage to a chip-loving goat, there were a lot of great topics to talk about the next morning.  One of the most buzzed about commercials from the game took on a more serious tone: the simple but moving ad called Farmer from RAM.

The commercial uses a poetic speech from radio broadcaster Paul Harvey to narrate a montage of hardworking farmers and their families using RAM trucks to help them perform their jobs from before dawn to after dusk.  Even if you haven't tossed a bale of hay in your life, you suddenly develop a strong sense of respect and awe for the people who work the land and care for livestock while watching the two-minute clip.

However, the most memorable part of the campaign is what came after it aired.  RAM confirmed that it would give $100,000 to the Future Farmers of America (FFA) for every 1 million shares of the video, up to a total of $1 million.  It didn't take long for this well-done commercial to spread across the internet, and soon RAM will make good on its offer and donate this large sum to the organization.

We can't wait to see what RAM has in store for us during the next Super Bowl, and we know we won't be disappointed.
